"Join VOCAL NY as we rally and march to demand that Governor Hochul demonstrate her commitment to ending the AIDS epidemic in NYS by ensuring that people living with HIV across NYS have access to housing, just as people living with HIV in NYC do through HASA. We will begin our program with a rally and speak out at the AIDS Memorial in Hudson River Park, and then march to the AIDS Memorial Park at St. Vincent’s Triangle to join our allies from Housing Works.
